Justice COULD be served, Lack of care old aged people,

"Justice always wins"

The recent riotting has forced council magistrates to take stronger actions against perpetrators in the future. The new national guidelines have stated that any citizens caught riotting or causing harm to victims will be sanctioned for longer. This rule will apply to any sentences after mid january of 2012. The council of London said that "they believe the sentence should reflect the harm inflictedon the victim rather than just the blame that can be attached to the offender." i am al for any kind of government legislation that makes bad people stay in prison for longer, however i am still a bit weary about how strongly these rules will be enforced.

"treat other show you wish to be treated"

There as been a woorrying numbe of hostpitals that are not offering sufficient care to elderly patients. This was discovered when the Care quality commission made unannounced visits to 100 hospitals, 55 of which showed care that was regarded as being alarming. They  weresent to examine dignity and nutritional values, the CQC were alerted to the problem after several complaints were issued by campaingers. Patients were shown an astonishing lack of care; they did not help them with eating, hygene and accomodation. The head of the inspections was a man called Andrew lansley. I- like most other human bengs- find these stories about themistreatment of the elderly utterly revolting, i just dont think its should be tolerated and personally believe it is a form of criminatlity. I know it isn't the greatest job in the world but if you dont like it then you just shouldn't do it. I believe that in order to combat the problem of mistreatment in the work place the employee should be given a 30 day trial working on the premises with their evry move being caught on camera and if they abide by the rules they should be employed and if not they should be sacked and given some sort of curfew preventing them from working in any other hospitals. (all this should be done in secret).
